Shipping policy
We aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping details below.
1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across India to all serviceable pin codes via our courier partners.
2. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after confirmation
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next business day
3. Delivery Timelines
- Metro cities: 3-5 business days
- Non-metro/other locations: 5-8 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or local restrictions.
4. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on prepaid orders
- Cash on Delivery (COD): An additional COD handling charge of ₹79 applies per order
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS/WhatsApp. You can track your order status anytime using this link.
6. Delayed or Lost Shipments
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window or appears lost in transit, please contact our support team with your order ID, and we will investigate with the courier partner.
7. Failed Delivery Attempts
- Our courier partners typically make 2-3 delivery attempts
- If delivery fails after multiple attempts, the order will be returned to us, and our team will contact you to reschedule or process a refund (COD charges are non-refundable in such cases)
8. Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please do not accept the delivery, or record an unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours so we can assist with a replacement or refund.
